Prima Meadow Lark number 4

Best Wishes, Female, friendship, Get Well soon, here for you, Mothers day, thank you birthday, get well card ideas, handmade card ideas, icard ideas for mothers day, martha stewart punch, prima meadow llark paper, ribbon, spellbinders label 14 Leave a comment
Prima meadow lark paper collection, and I used a spellbinders die ( labels 14) to cut out the bird image, which I then inked around the edges. There are two different layers of paper here, one of which has a Martha Stewart punched border. I punched little circles at the edge of the bird image and threaded some matching ribbon through. The sentiment is stamped onto a matching chipboard piece.Today while in the craft room looking for something ( I tend to spend a fair bit of time looking for things!) I found a gorgeous Rose stamp that I hadn’t inked yet. Whatever I was going to do was forgotten and I have spent the afternoon stamping roses and practising my colouring skills. All in all a great afternoon!Spent a lovely morning at Paper flourish teaching my Monday class, so a lovely crafty day today. Til tomorrow….

This is number 5 in my Kaisercraft These days paper collection series, and although I still have a lot of cards in this collection to show, we will take a little break for a day or two before we come back to them. For this card I used a bit of a 12 x 12 sheet and a couple of the collectables which I edged in tea dye ink. I added acouple of randomly spaced Prima flowers.Today has been a lazy day with a bit of crafting, and I have been dying a few lengths of cream seam binding ready for my next projects. For now it’s back to the craft room. On todays card have made the greeting the focus of the card. I used Stampin Up pool party and blushing bride cardstock, and My Minds Eye Howdy Doody patterned paper. The punches were Martha stewart doily lace, butterflys, and fern leaves. I added some lace and liquid pearls, and rubbed a couple of the butterflies over a versamark ink pad and brushed them with gold perfect pearls ( powder) which gave them a lovely gold colour, and I will be trying this again with my other colours in the perfect pearls range. The Stamp set I used was Stampin Up elementry Elegance, and I gold embossed the frame, and stamped the greeting inside it. Over the past couple of days I have been making male cards, so today I gladly got out the lace, ribbon and bling and had a great time creating some really feminine cards, and I will be back in the craft room tonight as I have a couple of unfinished cards on my table…. Til tomorrow….

This card uses all Websters pages products, from the Country Estate range. I have discovered a large surplus in the craft room of websters pages products which occured when I purchased a bulk order at a too good to miss price, so I am going to be trying to use some of it up over the next couple of months. The banner is die cut using spellbinders nested Lacey pennants.Today I taught my Paper Flourish class, and I am looking forward to an evening in the craft room! Hello and welcome to my new subscriber! Tonight I have a simple card made using a bit of 12 x 12 paper from Kaisercraft sweet nothings collection and the matching collectables. All I added was a ribbon bow and a few flowers, ( and a little kindyglitz). The sentiment in the middle is stamped with Stampin Up Perfectly Penned… I do like this stamp and am getting so much use out of it.The paper is a favourite too, and I have still so much of it left so I will be using it for some of my Mothers day cards. I will be in the craft room tonight .I have quite a few orders to put together so they will keep me busy for the next few days. Til tomorrow….

I found some more Kaisercraft Lil Primrose cards in my photo files, so thought I would put them up today. I have used the 6″ paper pad and matching Kaisercraft Lil Primrose collectables, and assorted ribbon and flowers . A very, very quiet day at the market today, and very warm and muggy in the big shed, a relief to get home and have a cool shower !A little tired after the early start to the day, so I will probably not visit the craft room later… we will see… Til tomorrow…

This is the final card in my Lil Primrose series ( for now – I will make more with this paper at a later time…) and I used the 6″ paper pad and matching collectables from the same kaisercraft range. I added a little ribbon and some lovely lace at the edge of this one. Where has today gone? I spent over three hours sorting out my market boxes for this Sunday, and the time just disappeared! I am going to spend the rest of the afternoon in the craft room, it is still hot here in Adelaide, but I can only stay away from that room for so long! Nathan and I spent some time this morning taking photos of cards so will have some different ones to show over the next couple of weeks… Til tomorrow…

Another hot day in Adelaide today, this is getting monotonous now…. probably no crafting tonight…Til tomorrow…
