A complete change of colour scheme today, with my new papers from Prima – Meadow lark. I do like lavenders, lilacs and mauves and I don’t think these colours are used enough! Here I have covered a card blank with some of the paper, and added matching flowers and a chipboard piece which I stamped with Stampin Up Perfectly Penned sentiment, ribbon and Magnolia chandelier garland.I think the next day or two will be spent doing one last big push to complete some Mothers day cards. I might even dig out some older papers to see if I can finish a couple more collections we will see…Til tomorrow….

For this mothers day card I have used Prima Nature garden, and fussy cut on of the bird images from one of the sheets of patterned paper. I found a kaisercraft acrylic overlay in a drawer which went perfectly over the top for this design, and all i had to add was a length of gold lace. I spent a lovely morning at Paper flourish setting up my May lesson, and i plan to spend some time in my craft room tonight – I haven’t spent much time in there this week, and I have a few ideas I want to try out. Til tomorrow…..

Here is a card with a couple of firsts… The first card I made with Kaisercrafts new paper collection – Charlottes dream, and the first card i made with my new die made by memory box called La Rue Flourish. It is the most dainty die – I worried that it wouldn’t work well through my cuttlebug, but I have purchased a metal adapter plate to add to the cuttlebug sandwich, and it works like a dream! I also used my well used Sizzix tattered florals ( a most popular addition to my cards – Every card with one of these flowers on it sold at the market today), Stampin up Bird punch for the leaves, and some gorgeous lace , which I just wanted to keep… to finish it off. As I mentioned a busy day at the market, and beautiful weather, but so tired now, I will just be sitting in front of the T.V. tonight.. Til tomorrow….

This is number 5 in my Kaisercraft These days paper collection series, and although I still have a lot of cards in this collection to show, we will take a little break for a day or two before we come back to them. For this card I used a bit of a 12 x 12 sheet and a couple of the collectables which I edged in tea dye ink. I added acouple of randomly spaced Prima flowers.Today has been a lazy day with a bit of crafting, and I have been dying a few lengths of cream seam binding ready for my next projects. For now it’s back to the craft room. As I mentioned yesterday, this is my favourite paper – My minds Eye Howdy Doody – at the moment, and I didn’t want to cut into this piece, so I’ve let the paper speak for itself ! I die cut the heart with my x – cut hearts die, and went right around the edge with lace, gathering as I went. The greeting is a stampin up stamp from my blessed Mother set, stamped onto stampin Up pool party cardstock and punched out with a stampin up decorative punch. i just added a little kindyglitz to highlight some flowers, and a few drops of white liquid pearls. Spent this morning with Mum at the shops, stocking up on lots of lovely lace, and then trying on ( and buying!) some new clothes – she is a very bad influence – I am sure she thought she was on a commission from the dress shop! a lovely day…. til tomorrow….

This is the first card I made with my new stamp set from Stampin Up Field Flowers. All products used are stampin Up – cardstock and ink – Calypso coral and pool party, and designer paper – everyday enchantment. The die is a stampin up sizzix die – top note. Very quick post tonight as its tea time, and, people are wondering here it is! Til tomorrow…..

A later post for me tonight as I have been out crafting with friends, and time just ran away, so here I am while tea ( late) is cooking…. I have done this card before in pinks, and I wanted to try a different colourway, and I like it! I have used – all stampin up cardstock – wisteria wonder, concord crush, and certainly celery. The die for the flowers is Sizzix stampin up Blossom Party, I punched the leaves with my stampin up bird punch, and I have used a Stampin Up vintage brad in the main flower and kaisercraft sparklet on the smaller ones.I think I might work my way through all my colourde cardstock making variations of this one as it’s so simple and looks effective. Welcome to my new subscriber, and til tomorrow…..

We appear to be back to cards I have made with Kaisercraft Sweet Nothings paper. I did show a group of cards made with this paper previously but have forgotten what number we got up to – I will have to research it before tomorrow nights post! Here I have used Bazzil cardstock, and just fussy cut elements from the 12 x 12 paper. All I added was a little kindyglitz .This card is actually a copy of one of my class cards, I taught 2 classes how to do it and then came home and did it myself! The little blue bird is a Martha Stewart punch. Til tomorrow…..

I have been making cards with this paper all week and I still haven’t wanted to move on yet – I think its because there are so many different colours in the collection. It is kaisercraft Sweet Nothings and here I have used the 6″ pad and a couple of 12 x 12 sheets. The flower and leaves are from Prima and I added a little ribbon as well. Til tomorrow…..

Now I know we haven’t even celebrated Christmas yet, and here I am posting a Mothers Day card, but I need to make 100 Mothers day cards this year, and thought I would do a couple a week to keep ahead. This new paper from kaisercraft – Sweet nothings is perfect for Mothers day, and lately every card I do seems to have a lovely vintage feel to it. For this card I just used the 6″ pad and lace and flowers. I did ink every edge with Antique Linen Ink, and the leaves were punches from my trusty Stampin up bird punch. I love this collection of papers, and it may be one that I go back for seconds for! I have managed to get over a dozen male cards done today, so I am looking forward to getting out the bling and glitz after tea and creating a bit more with this paper! Til tomorrow…..
