Charlottes dream…

Here is a card with a couple of firsts… The first card I made with Kaisercrafts new paper collection – Charlottes dream, and the first card i made with my new die made by memory box called La Rue Flourish. It is the most dainty die – I worried that it wouldn’t work well through my cuttlebug, but I have purchased a metal adapter plate to add to the cuttlebug sandwich, and it works like a dream! I also used my well used Sizzix tattered florals ( a most popular addition to my cards – Every card with one of these flowers on it sold at the market today), Stampin up Bird punch for the leaves, and some gorgeous lace , which I just wanted to keep… to finish it off. As I mentioned a busy day at the market, and beautiful weather, but so tired now, I will just be sitting in front of the T.V. tonight.. Til tomorrow….

These days 2 – Mothers day

This one is kaisercraft these days papers, Sizzix tattered Florals and 3D Flowers dies, and memory box lord faunterloy die. I added a doily, lace, punched leaves, and the greeting was stamped with a stampin Up stamp – Blessed Mother. I like these colours – they make a change from the usual pinks that i often grab for Mothers day cards – What do you think? I will be found in the card room for a little while tonight, making some boys cards. til tomorrow…..

A New Bo Bunny Enchanted..

I have certainly got my moneys worth out of this Bo Bunny Enchanted 6″ pad! This latest card also uses Sizzix Tim Holtz Tattered Floral dies, Nellies nesting dies ( Heart) by X – Cut, Prima Leaves, Magnolia Chanderlier Garland and the gretting is Stampin Up Perfectly Penned and Silver embossed.A Non Crafty day today, but I am heading into the craft room now to make some Baby girl cards with a cute new teddy Bear I picked up.On my travels today I did pop into Paper Flourish to see the new Prima papers – Really yummy and of course didn’t resist the temptation to buy so will be playing with them tomorrow. Happy valentines day

Hello, welcome to my new subscriber, and happy valentines day to you all! I leave the house for work earlier than everyone else here, so it wasn’t until I got home that I discovered my card from my husband – he had been in my craft room and made me one from bits and pieces of my stash… I am just surprised he actually remembered! This is the card I made to celebrate today – Bo Bunny Enchanted papers and brad, blingy ribbon, prima leaf, and  sizzix Tattered Florals die through my cuttlebug.Tonight I am going to stretch myself , play with lots of new stuff and come up with some new designs – thats the plan anyway.. I might just fall asleep in front of the t.v…… Til tomorrow….

Mainly cuttlebug 7

Todays card is one I made, being inspired from a craft magazine, but I didn’t have any of the dies they used so I adapted what I had here. I think it turned out quite well…The list of products used – Prima Sparkling spring papers, sizzix die – tatttered florals, leaves punched with Stampin Up bird punch ( wouldn’t be without that punch!), birdcage – cricut cartridge “Serenade” and lightly inked, spellbinders – Bird sanctuary ( for the birds which I sponged inked for colour) and Twisted metal tags. I hand cut the branch and lightly inked it, and finished with kaisercraft pearls and perfect pearls.Now today I am finishing off and order and then I have 4 new paper collections to play with over the week end so  looking forward to a crafty weekend!
