I used a collectable doily  ( from the paper collection) under the circle. This card could be used for wedding, engagement or anniversary..or even Valentines day!Quick post today as it’s awfully hot sitting here at the computer, I am going to find a nice spot under an airconditioning vent to sit and read a good book! til tomorrow….

IMG_5600 (Medium)Today we are going back to a series I started before our computer went on strike! The papers are Kaisercraft Always and Forever, and I have used papers from the 6″ pad here, die cut a variety of hearts and inked them with Tea dye distress ink.The glittery die cut is Kaisercraft Berry vine chopped up into pieces, and the flowers are Prima and kaisercraft. The Congratulations is a kaisercraft die. Today I have been preparing August lessons, and I have cleared my desk of outstanding projects, ready to start something new ,and wondering if it is too early to get a start on Christmas cards! Kaisercraft fiesta 5, the last for now…

IMG_0700 (Medium)This is the last Kaisercraft Fiesta card I made, and I have enjoyed showing these bright and beautiful colours! I will revisit this paper again as I still have some left. this one used the 6″ paper pad, collectables and the labels were from a piece of the 12 x 12 paper ( the only piece of that size I bought).I just had to add a ribbon bow and a sprinkle of sequins to finish.I went back to work yesterday after quite a few weeks off with my knee, and I have to say it was tough. I came home and had to ice my knee and put heat on my back, but today I am much better – have come home with no aches and pains so I am truly grateful for that! I would like to thank all my blog friends for your best wishes and concern. One more day then 5 days off! yay! til tomorrow….

IMG_3072 (Medium)IMG_3073 (Medium)Here are the last 2 cards I have made for now with Kaisercraft Antique Bazaar 6″ pad and matching collectables.I think these 2 cards would make great graduation cards, and if I hadn’t already made the graduation cards I need this year these two would have put in the box I keep for upcoming family events. Stampin Up cardstock for both bases, and some sequins sprinkled on the bottom card.well, the weekend has flown by far too quickly, and not a lot of cards made for the fair boxes, but some lessons sorted and all orders up to date, so not too bad! til tomorrow….

For You

Here is a different style of card for me – hardly any patterned paper! I have relied on stamps and dies for this one. Everything on this cards Stampin Up – the patterned paper is from the comfort cafe designer paper collection, the stamps are from the Layered Labels stamp set, the dies are from the Apothecary accents framelits die set, cardstock and ink  are Cajun craze and soft suede, and even the ribbon is stampin up – crumbcake! I have quite a few projects on the go in the craft room today, which is highly unusual for me – I like to finish one thing before I start on another, so tonight my mission is to clear up some of the outstanding projects.Til tomorrow….
