_MG_9680_MG_9682_MG_9684Today we say farewell to my Lemoncraft Paper makes, and these three are made in the same way as the cards on the previous post. I have used a lot of the molds that I made on these cards, and I painted them with prima alchemy paints. I have been busy finishing off my January classes, and they are done now so I have a little window of time to do some ” me ” crafting, and I am thinking wedding cards,I have some new stamps and dies to try out  although you know these plans could go out the window when I actually sit down to craft! Til tomorrow….

Oops missed one!Couture Creations..

_MG_9426 (Medium)I thought I had shown all my Couture Creations C’est la Vie makes, but I missed one! I think this is my favourite too! All the papers are from that colection, and distressed and inked around the edges.I found a few birds and butterflies to fussy cut from the papers, and the gate die and flower dies are also from the C’est la Vie range by couture creations. I inked up the die cut flowers with distress inks, and the brad in the centre of the largest flower is a stampin up vintage brad. I inked a little versamark ink across the top of the gate die cut and heat embossed with gold powder to experiment with aging the gate…I will be experimenting more with this idea. Assorted greenery was added, from bits and pieces on my desk from other projects. Thats all for today, Til tomorrow….._MG_9426 (Medium)

Couture Creations C’est la Vie..(2)

_MG_9404 (Medium)Along with the C’est la Vie paper collection, Couture creations brought out dies and embossing folders under the same collection. The handmade flower with the Stampin up brad in the centre on this card is made with one of these dies. I coloured it with distress inks and a sponge, and brushed it ( as well as the other flowers) with a little Nuvo glitter paste. The die cut greenery is done with a kaisercraft die,and I added ribbon, lace and a butterfly ( from the bits and pieces pack from the same range). All the papers are inked with tea dye distress ink. This morning i have set up in the dining room..I am experimenting with foamarin and my Go Press and foil machine to make my own foam flowers, which will translate into a technique lesson at paper flourish if all goes well! IMG_0026 (Medium)There is quite a bit happening on todays card so we will get right into it! Everything has the edges sponged with Tea Dye distress ink pad. The background layer, bracket shape, and sentiments are from Kaisercraft Madamoiselle 6″ pad, and the layer on top is from the cut apart 12 x 12 paper from the same range. On this piece I used a stampin up fancy corner punch . The foilage is a kaisercraft die, the flowers are from Prima and Green tara, and I also added flat backed pearls, a ribbon bow, fussy cut butterfly ( from the same paper range) and kindyglitz. img_3319-mediumimg_3320-mediumWe continue on with my series of cards made with Prima Sweet peppermint, and I enjoyed the chance to rummage around in my lace stash to make these ones! The gold tape I used is by kaisercraft, and I distressed edges and inked with Tea dye distress ink. My wonderful mum and sister did a lot of die cutting for me yesterday so that I could fulfill an order, so I have been enjoying the craft room today, in the peace and quiet as everyone else is off doing their own thing! img_3513-mediumimg_3516-mediumThe next 2 cards in my Kaisercraft Silent night series. The top cadr uses papers from the paper pad,and the bottom card has layers using 12 x 12 papers and both cards rely heavily on the images from the collectables pack. Everything is inked with tea dye distress ink and some bows to finish for texture.I am having a very busy week at work, but hope to get into the craft room for an hour this afternoon just for a litle relaxation! til tomorrow….
